You can either get the Blood DLC for Warhammer 1 or 2, it counts for both games. It has been added to their Steam library and will downloaded automatically for WARHAMMER II. It will work both ways too; so if you own Total War: Warhammer 2 and purchase the Blood DLC, then buy the first game, it’ll retroactively apply. That aspect is also confirmed, on the Total War.
